Happy Pride!
We had a great time on Friday night. Since it is Pride month - and since the next Show Off! night will happen after Pride in London takes place - we brought a Pride theme to the night, and some participants brought along their best songs with LGBTQ+ themes as well.
We have two Show Off! nights scheduled for July at The Square Pig, on Friday 14 July and Friday 28 July. As usual, the doors will open at 6:45 p.m. and there will be live music from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with one break. On both nights, Tasha Sheridan will be hosting alongside James Beal at the piano.

Heading into summer
It is almost June! We are now nearly four months into our new run at The Square Pig, and we are enjoying spending evenings in the new venue with old and new friends.
The next Show Off! night will take place at The Square Pig on Friday 16 June 2023 from 6:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. As usual, the live music will start at 7:30 p.m. and there will be one break about halfway through the night. On 16 June, Tasha Sheridan will be hosting, with Show Off! MD James Beal at the piano.
We also plan to hold Show Off! at The Square Pig on Friday 14 July and Friday 28 July, with James and Tasha again taking the lead.

Springtime!
We had a lovely time on Friday night, with a number of first-timers joining some Show Off! stalwarts for a fun evening.
We will be back at The Square Pig on Friday 12 May, with the doors opening at 6:45 p.m. and the live music starting at 7:30 p.m. Tasha Sheridan will be hosting, with James Beal at the piano.

Building momentum
We are busy preparing for our next two Show Off! nights, which will take place on Friday 21 April and Friday 12 May at The Square Pig in Holborn. On both nights, Tasha Sheridan will be hosting, with MD James Beal at the piano. The doors will open at 6:45 p.m., with live music (with one break) from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. As always, there will be musical theatre songs old and new, and probably some fun stories as well!
We are working to build up momentum, with a view to returning to a fortnightly schedule later in the spring. In order to make this happen, we need good crowds on the next two nights, so we really hope that you can join us.

April and May Dates
We had a lot of fun on the 17th of March. It was a joy to welcome Tasha Sheridan back to Show Off!, and to see and hear Tasha and Show Off! MD James Beal performing together. There was a really lovely crowd as well, with some excellent song choices and spirited performances.
Our space at The Square Pig was set up a bit differently as well, with the performance area in a more central location. We were very happy with this more intimate setup, which we plan to use going forward.
Show Off! will be back at The Square Pig on Friday 21 April and Friday 12 May, with James and Tasha again headlining. On both nights, the doors will open at 6:45 p.m. and there will be live music (with one break) from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m

We aim to put a regular (fortnightly) schedule for Show Off! at The Square Pig in place once we have rebuilt our momentum and established ourselves there. We will keep you posted in this regard, here and on our social media.
